It was ~21 KM and we needed 6 hours. From a technical perspective it is not very challenging. However, I would recommend proper hiking shoes since there are a couple of slippery parts which will be significantly easier with proper shoes. Would not recommend going there in sneaker. In general it is very crowded - you will at any times be surrounded by other people. You should be fine with 2 liters of water and snacks. There are some toilets alongside the way and not really options of peeing in the bushes because there are no bushes but many people.
