From the Emeishan train station take a bus to Wuxiangang bus station. With the bus ticket you will buy also the ticket to the Emeishan reserve park (keep It! You will need it to enter into the park and to the the cabins buying anoter ticket).

If you are going to do it in summer, I suggest to do it as early as possible in the morning. Especially because it become very crowded later in the morning.
