Today we hiked part of the Malerweg, stage 7, and from Königstein to Obervogelgesang, stage 8. We made a detour via the Rauensteine, which made for a lovely mix of forest and meadow hiking and some easy, but somewhat challenging, scrambling. Finally, we stopped off at the Bierharter Obervogelgesang on the Elbe. Cheers 🍺

Hi. On the road again. Today we went from the Gramai Alm over the Falzthun waterfalls to the refuge on the Gramaihochleger. A beautiful hike. Poles are definitely recommended, especially when retreating. The last part up is very steep. Rugged terrain, but the view makes up for all the effort. ☺️👋
