Kendall Peak
The PCT section, up to the cutoff for the scramble (class 2), is well maintained. It was a very busy trail, with all the people going up to the Kendall Katwalk. Overall, hard but enjoyable hike. The summit had great views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

Kelly Butte Trail
Great short but steep climb up to the fire lookout tower. Awesome to see that, during fire season, it is still operational and manned by volunteers.

McClellan Butte Trail
Plenty of parking (permit required) at trailhead. Trail starts out uphill gradually, then gets steep pretty much all the way to the scramble. Last 500 feet is a class 3 scramble. If you are afraid of heights or steep drop-offs, skip this one.
