Der Tourenverlauf orientiert sich weitestgehend an den Bahntrassen und folgt dann dem attraktiven Abschnitt der Wuppertalsperre, bzw. deren Fjord* (*falls die Norweger hier Namensrechte gesichert haben, bitte ich um kurze Information!) Dank des hohen Bahntrassenanteils sind die Höhenmeter für hiesige Verhältnisse entspannt.
