The peak of Hajla is the highlight of this day. I really suggest you include this, otherwise this day would be rather boring.
After Drelaj, the official route ascends through a forrest again. The lower elevation, hot temperatures, and assumed lack of views weren't too exciting for us.

Half the day is spent going up, the other half is spent going down. There is a really cool cafe / lodge on trail somewhere around 3-5km.

Nice and easy after the last day. There are some refreshments / drinks available during the hike.
Be sure to filter the water in Dobërdol, even the water you get from your guesthouse. We met a lot of people who had gotten sick here.

Big day. We started around 09:00 and got to our guesthouse in Theth at 21:00 around dark. Make sure you are fit or camp at the lakes if you have a tent.
Plenty of water available on route. Final decent to Theth is on a rocky steep path, which is a challenge if you do this in 1 day. Relatively well protected

Busy day. Lots of tourists hike to the pass from Theth, so expect crowds if the weather is good. There are multiple opportunities to buy refreshments on route.
The final 4km to Valbona goes through a dried up river bed full of pebbles and is a bit boring.

Home stretch! You can stay low and take the dirt road to Plav if the trail has gotten the better of you. The lake at the top is an amazing spot for an early lunch + swim!

The first ascent of the day out of Dobërdol is through a grassy field. Then it's nice walking while maintaining elevation.
Take the path closer to the river after decending from Maja e Male. The other (higher) path through the valley goes through thick prickly pine bushes.

The first ~10km is boring dirt tracks. Afterwards you hit a forrest, and then are in for a quite steep (but short) climb. After you make it up there, the views become very nice and it's a lovely rest of the day at elevation. The decent is pretty gentle.

Bring enough water. The first water you'll find is after you've had 80% of the day.
