Trail is mainly uphill so get a stick or hiking poles, you may find it useful (there were plenty of woden sticks left by other hikers at the beginning of the trail). Note, we are in a rush to get back for breakfast hence we found it quite intense and sweaty :) if you want to enjoy yourself a bit more
