After 28 years as a highly regular runner (Lyon - Washington DC - Marseille - Lyon again - Provence... 1000 to 1600 k / year), I had to give up running further to a car crash.
Still enjoying life to the fullest and hiking and vanlifing any chance I get. Feeling blessed to be alive. Nothing else really matters, does it?
