60km from Alcudia via Pollença, Campanet, Bugér and Muro. A few flat climbs. As far as possible on secondary roads; between Pollença and the branch to Campanet one drives on the side strip. The road along the Platja de Muro is busy, but in town.Suitable for racing bikes, maybe apart from the section through the S'Albufera, where there is a relatively solid dirt road. Possibly. you bypass the area on the street.

Once around the Steinhuder Meer, a little more than 30km, with a small dinghy and mini-rise at Hagenburg. On the northern shore, the path is shared with walkers, in the moor on the western side and Dead Moor in the east, it is a bit quieter.

70km tour from Bückeburg to the monastery Möllbergen, with a rather exhausting detour over the Weserbergland at the Kalletal, via Vlotho to the Werre estuary in Bad Oeynhausen, to the Schachtschleuse in Minden and back along the canal. The route takes a few km on cycle paths along main roads. Before Vlotho are a few hundred meters without cycle path in a 50s zone, and even in Kleinenbremen you have to drive a few meters on the road. The rest are cycling or forest and dirt roads, which are overgrown and graveled in some sections, so a more robust bike is an advantage. There are also sections with fast descents through the woods on asphalt. The Weserradweg between Bad Oeynhausen and Minden is absolutely smooth and suitable for high speeds, but you have to take into account the other cyclists and day trippers. There are cafes, except in the forest, again and again, starting from the monastery, via Vlotho to excursion restaurants right on the Weser.I did the tour with a cyclocrosser.

45km tour in the northwest of Menorca. The tour follows the Camí de Cavalls along the north coast for a few kilometers. Between Platja d'Algaiarens and the pebble beach Macar d'Alfurinet you can make good progress with a mountain bike. Some sections are demanding, but also for untrained MTBer feasible. To Cala Pilar over but now you have to carry the bike up the slope on stairs, and go down from the picnic area a sandy and rocky slope or carry on.Then push back over to Ets Alocs, because the path continues to consist of stairs or narrow sections over loose boulders. From Ets Alocs it goes up a slope up the mountain, which can be done with some training again quite well. If you still have energy then look at the old fortress of Santa Agueda. The views on the way compensate for the effort: great, clear water, all green shades, red rocks. Gigantic. Exhausting, but gigantic. If you do not have or do not want to do any exercise on the mountain bike, you better hike this section of the Camí.The rest of the route are asphalt roads. The section on the Me-1 can be quite well, despite the heavy traffic by keeping to the right edge.Be sure to pack enough to drink, there is, apart from the Castillo, no way to fill up on the way! If necessary, you can follow the Me-1 also about 3km to the west, to buy in the "Castillo Menorca", and then turn the side street to the south.Swimming on the beautiful sandy beaches Cala del Pilar or Platja d'Algaiarens, the rest are pebble beaches (pebbles = 15cm ...)

100km from Bückeburg around the Steinhuder Meer, with some great views of the landscape from the hills. On the Steinhuder Meer itself there are always lookouts and observation platforms.Mainly little-used secondary roads, field and forest roads. A few km lead along bicycle paths along larger roads. From asphalt to concrete, gravel and a few meters of grass, all surfaces are included. There are opportunities for cutting if you do not drive around the sea or drive from Steinhude to Wunstorf and take the train home.Especially on the northern shore in Mardorf are plenty of cafes and snacks right on the way. In Steinhude one finds rather restaurants (and cafes). In Hespe there is still on the canal a beer garden. In Mardorf and Steinhude are on the weekend a lot of people with children and Kegel on the way, so that you often only "comfortable" progress.

Great, almost flat bike ride along the Mittelland Canal and the Weser along, about 80km. Cafés and accommodation can be found mainly on the left bank of the Weser in Minden, Petershagen and, for example. the little Müsleringen. The route leads from the waterway a few miles on a side street, at Good Neuhof there is then a bike path. The roads are mostly paved, just the Weser cycle path is in many parts very well developed. At the canal and in the Schaumburg forest there are gravel forest roads.

70km tour from Bückeburg to Loccum. Almost exclusively barely used minor roads and forest roads, but a few more curves and crossings.Runs through fields and forests, along some mills and village churches. The forest roads are partly paved, some only fixed. In Loccum it is currently not possible to drive through the monastery grounds because of a construction site. The church is accessible, but then you have to walk a few meters along the main street and then turn left towards Luccaburg.
