Route takes you on both the GC503/GC504, passing Cima Pedro Gonzalez, which is a key viewing spot in Gran Canaria - of course, the views do not disappoint.
Bar La Cuevita is a great bike friendly stop for food/drink. The switchbacks are lovely.
