This route gives an easy incline over the bundes strasse. Without an ebike you will most likely push the bike up hill once you leave the bundes strasse. For me this is the best compromise as any other route I know has a steeper incline for the entire way. There is also low traffic on the bundes strasse

This is the Schonach Trail Ride District as a loop from Schönwald. It ends a few hundred meters sooner as there is a trail turning right without descend. If you continue on the original path you will have to climb the hill past the farm just before you started the first MTB trail.
