Afternoon Run
First run on my first day of 'retirement'. Easing into this whole 'retirement' thing, back to work tomorrow and Friday. Four day workweek, taking Wednesdays off during the summer. Will switch to Monday in the fall.

Good swim. Excitement afterwards at the beach when a mentally deranged guy pulled all the swim area ropes and buoys out, and started yelling at someone only he could see. Hoping the hospital they took him to can get him some help.
