Expert Trail, 27km in and out, prepare at least 3 liter water, unless you can drink river water. bring a lot of food as well. the trail will burn avg 4000 calories for a person. you need energy input to continue. 15hours trail is standard time for a good stamina person. Most people will hike during 4-5am and exit 7-8pm, bring extra headlamps.
