Start und Ziel war am Fussballplatz in Ensingen. Es war eine wunderbare Tour fast nur auf sehr schönen Waldwegen. Zuerst sind wir an den Illinger Seen/Klosterseen vorbeigekommen. Diese Seen liegen sehr idyllisch, dort können sehr gut Vogelbeobachtungen 🦆 gemacht werden. Weiter ging es durch den Illinger Wald, dem Wiesental und Bannwald bis zur Schutzhütte von der wir einen fantastischen Weitblick ins Enztal hatten. Den Regenguss 🌧️überbrückten wir mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück 🥖 🥨🍉🍾 Der Weg führte weiter auf dem Wanderweg 5 Illingen der für seine Grenzsteine bekannt ist, der die historischen Grenzverläufen markiert zwischen den damaligen verschiedenen Herrschaftsgebieten oder Besitzungen. Der bedeutenste Grenzstein - der Schreckstein, mit seinen schätzungsweise 650 Jahren steht auf 352 m und sticht schon mit seiner Größe ins Auge. Von dort aus war es noch ein Katzensprung bis zum Eselburgturm. Es ist ein schöner Aussichtpunkt mit kleinem Biergarten 🍻 und sehr herzigen Wirtsleuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Rückweg führte über die Weinberge, wir konnten die herrliche Abendsonne genießen. Eingekehrt sind wir in der Forchenwaldstube. Wer die Böhmische Küche mit Knödel, Gulasch und Original böhmisches Bier liebt, ist doch bestens versorgt - klare Empfehlung. 🌞🙋🏻♀️
