A wonderful tour. We hiked from Puerto de La Cruz to Mirador-S. Pedro. The paths are varied, hiking boots and a bit of fitness are recommended.

The LORO Park, absolutely worth seeing. I'm not really a fan of zoos, but 12 species were saved from extinction here. The zoo takes part in nature conservation projects and works with 74 scientific institutions.
The zoo's founder and owner, Wolfgang Kiessling, born in Gera, has lived on the premises for 50 years.
