Got on the canal at Waterfall La Old Hill. Getting off the canal by Bonded Warehouse near Stourbridge ring road. Back home to Cradley Heath via Amblecote Road stopping off for Coffee at Costa Merryhill.

Got on near The Platform cafe, along railway walk as far as Mechano bridge, back along the canal past Bratch locks. Get off the canal at Swindon to get back on te railway walk by Himley.
