I don't know why the app recorded it as a 3-hour hike. It actually takes around 6 hours. Very accessible hike with beautiful views and some pretty cool tunnels and mountain passages. Lots of stairs however (around 3500 each way), so if you have knee problems it may not be so easy for you. In any case, 100% recommend!
