A beautiful hike along the Tokai Nature Trail. You walk along the lake, through the forest, through bamboo groves and up and down numerous wooden stairs. The view from Mt Hirao and Mt Ohira of Mt Fuji is spectacular. The Japanese hikers mostly wore bells, as there are warnings about bears.
