Dunkeld - Little Glenshee MTB loop
Fantastic ride with some amazing views and single trails. It's a pain, though. Requires crossing a creek (no bridge) and has several carry passages (deep mud, bogs, loose rocks at ascent). The last climb is a breaker, super technical - had to carry. The descent after is worth it, though. Very technical soake sure to take a break before you send it. PS: Def not a gravel ride. PPS: bring a spare pair of socks.

Alexandria - Loch Lomond loop
Fabulous gravel ride with some stunning views. Can be done with a road bike but then it's going to be bumpy.

Gravel ride to Whitelee Windfarm
That's was a superb gravel ride. Had a few technical bits and also lots of rough gravel. Fun! There's more to explore at the windpark!

Milngavie - Earl Seat (almost) loop
Thanks Komoot for the lovely (unplanned) hike-a-bike training exercise. While I do believe you that there's supposed to be ways, there are just none. RIP my back. Great hike, not a great ride.

MTB ride
Nice little loop from Milngavie station. Easy with MTB but also doable with a gravel bike (although maybe a bit bumpy). 🚵♀️

Glasgow - Livingston Museum loop
Nice and easy loop from Glasgow to the Livingstone Bridge and Museum. Also passes by the lovely Bothwell castle - unfortunately closed because I was too late 🥲. Good mix of trails, gravel, and road.
