The whole valley/gorge was decimated in the summer 2025 fires… the path is now not easy due to aggressive new growth. But unless it’s used it will be lost very quickly. We managed it reasonably well in February 2026. If the path can be kept open then the flaura will recover. Bonus is the cafe in the village called briki
