Very beautiful! Start at the Lido campsite in Cannero. Turn around in Carmine Superiore. An enchanting hike, mostly shaded, with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore. There are many lost places and abandoned houses along the way. The church of San Gottardo is a place worth seeing!

So, basically very challenging, as it's extremely steep and involves some climbing. Occasionally, there are beautiful views. Towards Iseo, I make several trips along the busy mountain road (approx. 2 km). Iseo is very pretty. The route to Pilzano is boring and sunny. Overall, not recommended.
