A great café, but closed on a Monday, even on bank holidays!

We can definitely recommend Llys Llewelyn in Abrrffraw for cake, sandwiches or a meal. Just check the opening times.

Lovely ride out from Adeje into the hills, apart from going through Los Cristianos where there was a lot of traffic and the smell of drains.

Even though there was little breeze in Adeje when I left the descent after San Miguel was into the wind . Also the road by San Isidro had a viscious cross wind and
