The ascent is a bit steep on foot, but the path is easy to walk and not very long. Otherwise, you can also take the cable car up. The fortress is pretty to look at, the view is great. A wonderful tour that is wonderfully varied. We walked from Holzgau through the forest to the Simms waterfall, which flows into the Höhenbach.
