The most beautiful hike of our lives!
Almost 1500m descent so prepare your knees BUT prepare your eyes even more because there will be a lot to see.
We took Collectivo (Aluguer) from Porto Novo to Cova for 3.5 euro per person and then back from the ocean village to Porto Novo for the same price. It was

Beautiful coastal hike that starts from a great parking spot.
Right next to parking there is water fountain, showers and a beach where you can swim and an interesting, big dune.

This is the biggest loop of Plitvice waterfalls.
We also used the ferry for the one small crossing in the end.

Taxi from Cruzinha to Ribeira Grande cost 2000 escudos for 2 people but maybe some Aluguers could also be found.
