The early part of the walk feom the parking area is mostly road but look out fir aigns and follow paths off the road. Don't take the 2h12m as a good guide as i ran much of the way down. Id say 3 hours if you move at pace. The up is steep and open in the meadow and the down takes you through the forest
This route trace is 100% accurate. Theee are no water sources until the last 3-4km, so take plenty. The ridges are quite exposed and there are several sections with very steep rock and chains to aid you. Be prepared to use hands and feet in sections. And dont do what I did and go with a dog...
