Al Rifugio Parafulmine via sentiero 549 (localita Groaro) passando dalla Croce del Pastore, piramide Rosina e bivacco Baroncelli. Percorso piu' escursionistico e bello del normale che di solito si fa.

Per noi della bassa-bassa le prime 3 montagne di riferimento che si elevano sopra i 1000m sono: Il Canto Alto (1146m) a Nord della città di Bergamo con la sua altissima croce di 32,5 metri. Ad Est, il panettone del Linzone di 1392m e a Ovest il Misma con i suoi 1160m. Sono .... sempre per noi della bassa-bassa un riferimento e di solito il primo approccio alle escursioni. Ogni tanto e' bello tornare alle basi :-) Ecco allora oggi una classicissima : Salita al Canto Alto dalla frazione Cler di Sedrina passando dai Prati Parini. 10 km A/R e circa 600m D+... aria fresca, cielo limpido, un bel sole e una vista spettacolare .. a Sud tutta la pianura fino agli Appennini (anche se un po' offuscati dallo smog) e verso Nord gran parte di tutte le vette Orobiche dal Linzone al Resegone, al Zuccone Campelli, al Pizzo 3 Signori, al Cancervo, al Menna Arera Alben, alla Presolana, il Guglielmo, il Bronzone e il Misma :-)
