Did you drive through the Hamburg city limits? And very cozy?

Pretty well planned. I would still know a few optimizations, because I drive very similar laps from Himmelstraße.

Started at 6:30 a.m. at the Deichtorhallen, actually always quite damp until after Dömitz. But not cold. Sometimes strong wind, but luckily the whole tour almost only from the side or from behind. First recommended highlight of the Elbuferweg near Hitzacker. Hard, but after that you are prepared and warm for the long straights for the next 240 km. Be sure to take a break in Dömitz. We discovered a pretty picturesque cafe and then we struggled through the long straight lines in a beautiful summer landscape. Quite lonely and empty in Brandenburg. Small villages actually invite you to take breaks. My athletic passengers had other things in mind. Always hard, the avenue of horror before Rhinow. You will then be rewarded with the traditional break at the local supermarket. There are 1000 nicer places, but before the last 70 km this is a paradise for exhausted cyclists. After the extremely anti-cycling nauen I had a bad cut in my new tire. That cost us a lot of time. Fortunately, a companion had a spare coat with him. Then we went to Spandau with anger and frustration. Finally, we wanted to go to the Spandau beer fountain before returning on the ICE. There was real home cooking and fresh school hot. (Not too short!) So we all came back to the Hanseatic city happily unhappy. Broken but very proud.
