Miejsce zostało przepadkowo odkryte w 1996r przez grupę poszukującą mogiły pracowników budowy linii kolejki wąskotorowej którzy zginęli podczas prac budowlanych. Według radiostetów miejsce ma silniejsze promieniowanie niż Jasna Góra czy Święta Góra Grabarka. Kamienne kręgi świadczą że mogło to być miejsce mocy pra-Słowian.
