Santiam Wagon Road over the pass. Few technical bits. River crossing while descending towards Detroit Lake. Few remote sections and beautitful PNW forest views. Detroit Lake has motel and grocery store market. Nice camping around the lake and up the road toward Breitenbush Hot Springs.

Day 2 acclimation is slow to respond. Everything above 10,000 feet makes me feel like a slug.
A lot of rain off and on throughout the day but had a really good hamburger in Lasso.
