Very nice route, anticlockwise half of it is quite a rocky path with a gradient of up to 20%, the other, slightly longer half is a good but also rocky forest path.

Going through 5 and 4 is not easy. You have to go from the coast almost to the mouth of the river. There is a small bridge after 3.
You can also go directly from 1 to 3. The path is signposted as private, but that probably applies primarily to cars, which would then have to turn around on the property.
