Nice dayhike to the Falkenhütte. Easier than expected with some small challenges on the way down. Good shoes and poles will help you do the job. At the Falkenhütte a nice coffee and Weizenbeer, a few pictures of the lovely cows and nature. Beautiful views all around, absolutely worth to do!

Lovely hike! Starting at the Alpengasthof Eng to the Binsalm for an Apfelstrudel, Almdudler and schiwasser as a refreshment. Then the Panorama tour back to the hotel for a rest and sauna! The hike was easy with some moderate parts. Beautiful surroundings with now and then some waterfalls. On the way back the lovely cows with their typical bells!

We took the Karwendelbahn to the top and joined the surroundings for an hour. Beautiful views and lovely weather. The way down is technically hard by the slippery, tumbling stones, every step you take. Luckily we had poles, we couldn’t go down without them.. After the Dammkarhütte, things got better and after a coffee and cake, we were joining the way down. Advise is to take the way up first, join the surroundings at the top, take a good lunch with a home made beer and then take the Karwendelbahn down.

We took the Karwendelbahn and joined the view on top. Walked the ridge and took the time to see all the beauty of the nature. Absolutely worth to do!
