Nice cycle on mountain or hybrid bikes. Mainly away from busy roads, with short sections of rough track. Option of cycle or walk up the The Cross viewing point. Sunflowers in the countryside in summer. Nice swimming location at quite Buna beach.

Cycle from Sunnybeach to free Mud baths and salt lakes. Suitable for hybrid or mountain bike. Can cycle further on sand bar but there were lots of flies so we turned back. Mainly quite roads with some rough track. One small stream to cross over by walking bike at beach close to mud baths.
Bike ride mainly on quite roads and on dirt track along sandbar. Passing salt lake and mud baths.
