A perfect combination of nature and MTB trails. The climbs are all worth it. The downhills are quite technical. One part was so steep that I had to be off the bike and glide down. A lot of hikers today, who saw me suffering from the climbs

After a rainy week, I was looking for a sandy region and an easy ride. So I came to Lille-Beerse. There are some sand hills and many singletracks in the woods. As I had hoped, not a single mud. The region is beautiful and quiet. It was a relaxing ride.

Started with Winterslag. The tracks were in good condition even after the storm. Tried different routes to climb this time. It is doable with a normal bike but of course better with an e-bike. The downhill tracks are technical but enjoyable

Quite a lot of nature in the region. Some parts were flooded and very muddy. There are a few technical downhills and jump lines hidden in the forest. Today was just too hot; my heart rate didn't cool down. Barely finished in one piece.

Starting with BikePark Asten. It is a very nice loop with a few features in good condition and safe. It was quite fun to ride. The rest of the route is typical Dutch: very well maintained, a lot of turns, nothing technical.

Relaxing ride on Tuesday afternoon. The official route has too much asphalt and gravel, so I went to some "hidden" singletracks. That was fun.

Perfect weather for a ride. There are some euduro spots where you can go wild. The rest is rather easy and relaxing, with beautiful nature around.

Kilometers and kilometers of singletracks on both sides of the canal. Pure fun. No need to worry about the mud anymore. On the contrary, some sections were too soft with dry sand.

The region is normally very wet, but today the ground is perfect, which makes the downhill tracks so enjoyable. Some tracks are eroded by the rain and become technical. The climbing part felt less tiring when surrounded by beautiful nature.

Started at the bikepark. The track was very dry but the grip was OK. Too warm to stay on top, so I turned into the woods nearby. Partially followed the official black routes but made it shorter. Some part of the official track were still blocked by fallen trees.
