Phew. That was a board. Our hike took us over the old Tauernweg with great views of the waterfalls up to the Hölzerlahnalm, where we ate really delicious. Then we went straight back to the parking lot at the Krimmel waterfalls.

From Gerlos take the Isskogelbahn up to the Isskogel, short detour to the Latschensee, then descent to the Krummbachrast (highly recommended) and then back through the very beautiful Krummbach valley to the parking lot.
