Beautiful walk. Almost entirely on forest paths. The heaviness was not too bad for us.; very occasionally on a motorway. The only place to eat or drink something is the Heidemühle, which is at the start of the route. If you want to have lunch you could walk the route the other way around.

Nice walk, but the 2 and a half hours mentioned here is rather ambitious. It took us almost twice as long and we are experienced walkers.
