Mostly Land Rover tracks, one tough uphill mile at mile 4. A muddy field to cross approx mile 6, and a few gates to open on the second half of the run. One slippery off road downhill section at mile 7 but only lasts a couple of hundred metres. To sum up, well worth a go, keep a close eye on your surroundings
