Really good walk, went a little off coming out of Lorsbach but not too long, you could cut this out when looking at the route on the map.
Bah'ai temple, stunning and worth visiting, also Mahenstein view super!
If you just walk without stopping you could probably do this in about 4 hrs but we had lots of

Absolutely fabulous walk! Originally followed walk from Praiano to Positano estimated at 4.5 hours but changed to finish at Arienzo beach. We took it quiet leisurely & overall it took approx 7.5 hours including approx 1 hr lunch break.
Tips: No water refill between Praiano & Shepherd's stop.

This walk can be done as a circular route however the recommended 'straight up' direction is described as quite steep so opted for the return route there & back. Well marked with blue /white circles. Timing is about 50 minutes up to cave. Went early morning with plenty water & breakfast (Borek & fruit
