I did half the ride up the valley on sport then the second half on eco as the battery was getting low. The family had already done the downhill section and I was just getting the car from the top so no stops. I should have charged the battery fully.

Very easy downhill with the kids on 20inch bikes . We stopped for lunch and a break or two . Gravel sections are well packed so are no problem.

This is on an ebike to get the car from the start hence no stops. Except one beer. The other direction with family wad a bit slower with rest stops and a late lunch

We did ths walk with 2 6 year olds and an 11 year old. There are a couple of short steep bits but nothing kids shouldn't handle. We saw kids younger and old people doing the walk so shouldn't be a problem for most.
