I hike this route on a regular basis. From the Einsiedeln station I walk first to the Kaffeehaus zu den Dreiherzen which is on the way to the Einsiedeln Abbey. The café offers vegan options and my favorite chai latte. The perfect place to have a little breakfast before starting the hike.
