Route is certainly not suitable for city bicycles (e-bike). From plage petit nice to cauzaux it is a gravel path. Can be cycled, but not great.
Nice tents for lunch at Cazaux lac.
The route from Cazaux to Biscarosse is dramatic. Mulle sandy paths. Also loose sand paths up. Walked a lot. Until Ave Hautes
