My first big ride after 2 hip replacements. Gravel bike with 11 gears. Had to push some of the hills as I'm unfit. Good variation of downs, valleys, nice seaside town (Rottingdean) and cliff ride back towards Brighton. Spotted some kites, lots of Starlings, sheep and horses.
