Il percorso prosegue poi attraverso Malga Couler, Rifugio Gardeccia, Rifugio Vajolet, Rifugio Re Alberto 1°. La tratta tra il rifugio Vajolet e Re Alberto è un percorso difficile e attrezzato che richiede scarpe robuste e una buona esperienza.

Percorso effettuato utilizzando la cabionovia Alpe Cirmis da Cavalese, per poi proseguire con la seggiovia. Dopo un semplice percorso si arriva sui laghi di Bombasel, dopodiché si prosegue fino alla Forcella del Macaco e poco sopra c'è l'attacco della ferrata.
