Wonderful tour with a lot of views over the Eichsfeld, Duderstadt and the surrounding villages. There are some clear inclines, but the natural forest around you makes up for it :-)
At normal speed, however, the tour is longer than komot indicates here. It took us 2 1/2 hours to take small breaks to enjoy the view and the forest
