About European Continental Divide
In the first step, this project tracked the geographical course of the European Continental Divide, now available on the website at a topographical level. As a the next step, this project has the aim of someday creating a European Continental Divide Trail (ECDT) through crowdsourcing. Komoot users can make contributions to the ECDT by proposing new tours to the multiple Collections.

In der ersten Phase zeigte dieses Projekt den geographischen Verlauf der europäischen Wasserscheide auf topographischer Ebene, jetzt verfügbar an der Webseite. Als nächster Phase erzielt das Projekt eines Tages den europäischen Wasserscheideweg (ECDT = European Continental Divide Trail) durch Crowdsourcing zu schaffen. Mit Vorschlägen zu den verschiedenen Collections können Komoot Nutzer*innen Beiträge zum ECDT machen.
