Hike , Taman Negara pulau Pinang National Park
The trail to the turtle beach is reasonably maintained and suitable for most people who wish to track back on the same trail. However the trail from Turtle beach to Bukit Batu Itam was not, it was covered in leaves, lots of fallen trees on the way. It has a steep incline for about two miles to Bukit Batu Itam. By the way the word Bukit means hill and Batu means stone or rock in malay language. The trail north east beyond the hill Itam is overgrown with bracken, hard to trace and is not signposted. My recommendation is that if you get as far as the hill turn back using the centre trail to the entrance point to exit the National park. I reiterate trail beyond the hill towards the chinese cemetery is impassible. You will easily get lost here unless you are using satellite navigation and willing to work through thick bracken.

Hike, Teluk Bahang to the light house.
The distance one way to the light house is 4.4 miles so both ways is 8.8 miles. I mistakenly planned it one way. I had no Internet in places and Komoot doesn't let you plan a route without Internet. On my way back I just just set it to record and it may have missed a section hence reporting distance incorrectly. Overall the hike was tough in high humidity. Upon arrival at the light house I discovered that it is going through renovation and I couldn't go up the Tower, so disappointing. Wear good footwear as the track is up and down and lots obstacles in the way.

Meleka, Malaysia River Hike
Nice hike, very enjoyable. My hike was from more or less from the sea to when the footpath stopped along the river.
