Walk/ run/ jog with 12-15kg(ish) from one road through harbour, and beach to another road. Some hills, and long steep(ish) steps.
Forgot water minced around sainsburies looking for some.
Thought I was going to die after running up the steps from beach to the clifftop.
Got to car, lost glasses so had

Would have been more enjoyable had I not ran up, tripped over, and flew up some steps..
