Beautiful hiking trail from St. Bartholomä to the Ice Chapel. At first it goes through the forest and then it gets steeper and steeper uphill. You cross the riverbed several times until you can finally get to the Ice Chapel over scree. Surefootedness and sturdy shoes are definitely a basic requirement

Hike with a small child from the paid parking lot at the valley station of the Geisskopf. Hiking trail no. 4 takes you up to the Geisskopf. There is a wooden observation tower there, and you have an even better view from up high.
The magic forest then invites you to explore the wood carvings. The Landshuter

Very nice circular route. At the beginning it goes steadily uphill over hill and dale and surefootedness and good footwear are a must. In the forest then on a forest path for a long time uphill and downhill, then headed towards the CZE and then you have a really nice view of both Germany and the CZE

With an elementary school child, I first took the chairlift to the mountain station, then the short climb to the summit cross. The last few meters are a rocky climb directly to the cross, then down through the forest (a nice path, but you do have to walk over roots and rocks). Then we visited the mine
