Hotel "Girlanerhof" in Girlan. Great hotel with a unique location in the wine town. Great cuisine.
Unfortunately it was a rainy day for us, so we didn't stop. But we had planned to stop at the "Bike Break - Bicigrill Faedo" or "Trattoria Biancospino" just before Trento.

Hotel in Coldrano "Vinschgerhof". Absolutely recommended.. great restaurant and great wellness area. The location in the "industrial area" is only off-putting on the menu, you don't notice it in the hotel or on the terrace.
Stop at the "Pircher" in the apple fields. Very cozy and delicious.
