Another highlight at the waterfall. Visually, as if planned by architects, with 2 large falls on the left and right and a small one in the middle surrounded by dark stone walls. If you are already there, you should take the time to visit both sides and also go down the high steps to the water.

Wanderung bei den Wasserfällen Dettifoss, Selfoss und Hafragilsfoss
Man kann die Wasserfälle von beiden Seiten besuchen, und wenn man genug Zeit einplant sollte man es auch machen. Für die Piste auf der rechten Seite stromabärts benötigt man ca. 45 Min. von der Straße 1. Daher sind auch weniger Besucher. Auf der anderen Seite ist die Straße asphaltiert.

This waterfall is not spectacular at all in comparison, but definitely worth a visit. It is right next to it, has far fewer visitors and you can also go behind the waterfall. Today there was little wind, so you don't get wet.

For me the most beautiful waterfall in Iceland, even if it's not the most spectacular. 60m high is also not bad. Those who are there early in the morning also have few people in front of them for photos.

2026 A 3a: Burghausen nach Salzburg entlang Salzach (Golf)
Diese Strecke ist ideal für Bio-Biker, die nicht über die Hügel nach Salzburg fahren möchten.
Der Straßenbelag kann nicht unterschiedlicher sein.
Von sehr guten Asphalt, über guten Betonplatten, sandige Wege, Kies, bis hin zu Single-Trail-Waldweg mit vielen kleinen Kurven, und sehr schlechten Betonplatten mit unangenehmen Querrillen.
Sich im Inn abkühlen…

beautiful small town with many tourists. Pedestrian zones, harbor area and of course the great church are hot spots. Many colorful houses, many of them clad in corrugated iron. 1 day is enough if you don't plan any museums or activities.
