The headwind on the way to Bad Salzuflen was annoying and choppy. It already took strength out of me on the way there. My fitness wasn't great either. But after enjoying the waffle, it got better. The way back was great with a tailwind!😅

The paths by the lake are very good to ride. In some places you have to be careful to find the right path. We had to turn back sometimes. But a great tour! Ate delicious cake in Olpe and off we went!

A great tour with ups and downs 😅. The wind was good to us today, so the windy sections were easy to ride. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos, as we ride this tour so often. It's always the same. The cake was extraordinarily delicious 😋
