The headwind on the way to Bad Salzuflen was annoying and choppy. It already took strength out of me on the way there. My fitness wasn't great either. But after enjoying the waffle, it got better. The way back was great with a tailwind!😅

The paths by the lake are very good to ride. In some places you have to be careful to find the right path. We had to turn back sometimes. But a great tour! Ate delicious cake in Olpe and off we went!

We rode the tour clockwise. It was recommended to us and was great! The roads were partially damaged, but because a marathon takes place here, some road sections have already been newly asphalted and can be driven without problems. Otherwise, just be careful!☝️
